Samuel T. Blango, III, is an international entrepreneur and global visionary born in Liberia, West Africa. He immigrated to the United States in 1973 and has dedicated over five decades to advancing construction, business development, and humanitarian efforts worldwide.

As President and CEO of SECCOM International Group, LLC, established in 1971, Samuel has led impactful projects across Africa, India, the Caribbean, Europe, the Middle East, and the U.S. In 2015, he founded the SECCOM Foundation, which supports global humanitarian initiatives, including building schools in underserved communities, such as a 2016 collaboration with Yale University in Ghana. His leadership and commitment to global progress inspire and uplift communities worldwide.

Dr. Vivian L. Maner is a doctorate-prepared executive with over 25 years of leadership across federal, military, and private sectors. At Seccom International, she specializes in managing complex global contracts, multimillion-dollar budgets, and strategic risk mitigation.
With a background spanning the Defense Contract Management Agency and the U.S. Military, Dr. Maner excels at aligning fiscal oversight with operational efficiency. She is also a dedicated advocate for economic equity, serving as Secretary for the National Association of Minority Contractors (NAMC) of Central Texas, Secretary of the Black Contractors Association of San Antonio, and Board Chair of the San Antonio STEAM Academy. She holds a PhD in Business Administration from Northcentral University, blending high-level academic expertise with a proven track record of sustainable results.

Kyle McKinney is a results-driven business leader with expertise in corporate finance, real estate, and operations. He holds an MBA from USC’s Marshall School of Business, a BA in Corporate Communications from George Mason University, and is pursuing PMP certification.
Kyle has managed $700M+ in assets, achieving significant growth during his tenure at SSMC, and has led acquisitions totaling $7M within six months at Thrive CRE Consulting. His strategic initiatives have delivered measurable ROI across sectors, including defense, real estate, and technology.
