With a background spanning the Defense Contract Management Agency and the U.S. Military, Dr. Maner excels at aligning fiscal oversight with operational efficiency. She is also a dedicated advocate for economic equity, serving as Secretary for the National Association of Minority Contractors (NAMC) of Central Texas, Secretary of the Black Contractors Association of San Antonio, and Board Chair of the San Antonio STEAM Academy.
